You do not meet the criteria for a fully immunized traveler.
To be considered as a fully immunized traveler, you must have received all doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccine; by the Government of Canada (or a combination of accepted vaccines) at least 14 days before your arrival.

You can upload one image containing proof of 2 vaccine doses, or two images each containing a separate vaccine dose.
You must have a paper or electronic copy of your proof of vaccination with you when you travel and keep it throughout your quarantine. At the border, a Canada Border Services officer will verify that you are vaccinated.
The proof of vaccination must be in English, in French, or have been the subject of a certified translation. If the proof of vaccination is not in English or French, please upload the certified translation and have the official document with you when you travel.
